CANCELLATION POLICY

HairBySav Cancellation & Deposit Policy ✨ I completely understand that things come up! To respect my time and keep appointments available for all of my clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking. ✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a payment of 50% of the scheduled service total before you can book another appointment. ✨ No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service total before rebooking. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a larger deposit or payment in advance for future appointments. 💕 New Client Deposits To secure appointments for new clients, a deposit of up to 50% of the estimated service total may be required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your service when you rebook. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. ✨ Please Note By booking an appointment with HairBySav, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies.
